Intellectual Property Rights
All of the content and information used in the game are owned by the developer or allowed to be used by the developer and are protected by intellectual property rights. Examples include, but are not limited to: source and object code, stories, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, animations, graphics, videos, photographs and texts. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the game in any way.
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Mert Kalaylıoğlu.

Self-Protection of the Developer (in case of any damage to you)
The game may be changed by the developer at any time.
The developer does not guarantee that the game will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors or omissions.
As a consequence of the game becoming temporarily or permanently unavailable, the developer will not be liable for any loss, damage or upset that you suffer.
The developer and any third party content provider, or their respective agent, are not responsible for the following types of loss or damage which may occur because of the game:
- damage to your computer system or loss of data (whether due to a virus or other malicious software or not), except where this is caused by the developer not using reasonable care and skill,
- temporary, intermittent or permanent connection loss,
- any loss which the developer and you could not anticipate nor expect to happen when you play the game.
Virtual Items
The developer can change the scope, variety and type of "Virtual Items" at any time, without informing you.
The developer can change, replace, restrict, withdraw or expire any "Virtual Item" at any time.
All "Virtual Items" purchased by you are non-refundable.
When you buy "Virtual Items", you are buying a limited personal revocable licence to use the "Virtual Items".
You accept that "Gems" are not legal tender or currency of any kind and "Gems" can only be used in the game.
You accept that the "Virtual Items" do not constitute personal property.
No interest is paid or earned on any "Gems" balance.
In-App Purchases
If you purchase any content in the game, for example "Virtual Items", then the relevant app store provider’s terms and conditions applicable to in-app purchases will apply.
You acknowledge that any billing and transactions are handled by the app store provider.
You should contact the app store provider directly if you have any payment related issues with in-app purchases.
Third Party Websites and Content
You may see links to third party websites or content in the game. These links are shown by third parties and not by the developer. When you visit these third party websites or use third party content, the developer is not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you or your data.
Third Party Advertising
You may see advertising content of third parties in the game. The developer does not control over the advertisements that are placed in the game. Please report if you think the advert is inappropriate or offensive with the "Support Link". If you click on any advert, you will be dealing with external companies responsible for that advert. When you visit these third party websites or use third party content, the developer is not responsible or liable for anything that happens to you.
Violation of an Intellectual Property Right
If this game violates your intellectual property rights, please inform the developer as soon as possible by using the "Support Link".
I have paid attention to violation of rights. But this game frequently uses third party content. As a result of this, violation of rights may occur. If this happens;
- I can buy the corresponding content from you if you want to sell it or,
- I will remove the content from the game as soon as possible.
Transfer of Rights
You cannot transfer, sub-license or assign any or all of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any other person.
